Anderson County is invested in creating a strong workforce and providing the necessary resources to set our residents up for success. In 2021 we created $651.2 million in capital investment, $49.1 million in new annual payroll, and 1,194 jobs, which is only a portion of what is available, and we increased our average hourly wage to $21.73.
