Our network of corporate and community workforce developers includes readySC, WorkLink, and Tri-County Technical College. These partners are ready to assist in all needs concerning recruiting, hiring, and training resources.
Our incubator and soft landing space are available for new or expanding companies and provide the infrastructure needed for start-ups and expansion through office, manufacturing, and warehouse areas.
These spaces also provide resources to create and maintain lasting connections with other partners in Anderson County.

– 24-hour Security Of All Space: The facility has a security presence both day and night with a gated entrance to the warehouse and a security guard on duty.
– Requirements Negotiable: The requirements necessary for the usage of the incubator are amenable to a variety of needs so as to fit best the use of our community and new/expanding industries.
– Loading Docks: The warehouse has three docks capable of supporting truck loading and unloading.
