Anderson County is celebrating a day at the lake at McFall’s Landing on Broadway Lake. The day will be packed with fun starting with a water slide, face painting, obstacle course, and car show. There will also be food, games, and music throughout the day.
Bring out your classic boat and show off in the Classic Boat Parade on the lake!
There will also be a cardboard boat race with both a fireman’s class and a family class. Boats made of cardboard, glue, and duct tape will race to the finish line in the Cardboard Boat Race. All ages are welcome and there is sure to be fun for all!
The Carolina Show Ski Team will also be performing on the lake to add to the festivities.
The event will start at 10 a.m. and end around 2 p.m. that afternoon. Be sure to come on out because this will be a lake day of fun to remember!
